What is Nitrogen?

Nitrogen is a colorless, odorless gas aka chemical element that is commonly used in the production of ice cream. Nitrogen ice cream companies use liquid nitrogen to rapidly freeze the ice cream mixture, resulting in a smoother and creamier texture! This process also allows for a wider range of flavors and mix-ins to be added to the ice cream. It's commonly used in the food industry to freeze ingredients at -321 Degrees (sheeeshhh, that's below freezing!).

Is Nitrogren Safe?

Absolutely -- our nitrogen ice cream is edible AND it's kid-approved! 

Because it has no flavor, color, or aroma, and is a natural element, liquid nitrogen has long been utilized in the culinary industry to freeze food. It is also completely safe to eat.

Where are you located?

We are currently operating out of a concession stand behind the Bentonville Community Center in the Spring and Fall seasons. Hours will vary. Please be sure to follow on social media to stay in the scoop!
